The building complex
 
The building complex is made as a three stories blocks within a land of approx. 6000 square meters. The complex has 50 apartments with terraces oriented for maximal sun exposition, a reception office, a restaurant, a bar, a groceries shop, parking and storage boxes and an outdoor swimming pool and relaxing facilities.
